Cast from a real baby grass snake that was found dead and given to me; now forever immortalized in sterling silver. I've collected bones and other natural treasures for as long as I can remember, they're mostly gifts, finds or byproducts of regulated and sustainable trapping. I do not promote animal cruelty, I don't see them as trophies, but mostly as a beautiful way to promote exploration and education of the natural world. I love to think of my creations as modern memento Mori pieces and taxidermy jewelry.
Snake symbolism, particularly in jewelry, has been used for so so long; eternal love, wisdom, cyclical nature of element … this creature is sure to enhance your inner magic. Ouroboros; snake eating its own tail; symbol of the eternal return, the destruction-creation cycle.

With time and wear, your piece will get more light and shiny. Oxidized silver changes over time and patina is not permanent. I can guarantee your jewelry will stay beautiful and unique nonetheless. The way it changes over time gives a soul to your jewelry.
Never dip oxidized jewelry in silver cleaning solution. You can always brush your tarnished pieces with a scrubbing pad or jewelry cloth.
