Most Uneven pieces are made to order.

Orders ship anywhere from 3 days (for ready-to-ship items) up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Each product page lists its specific turnaround time.

Please note: U.S. parcels are dispatched once a week.

Even ready-to-ship items will leave on the next scheduled shipping day, so allow a few extra days in addition to the production time.

When your order ships you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details.

 

 

United States

 

  • $15 USD flat rate for orders under $300 USD – tracked, duty-free, and insured

  • Free shipping on orders $300 USD and up – tracked, fully insured, duty-free

  • Orders over $900 USD ship via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator with full-value insurance and signature confirmation.

All U.S. packages are sent with documentation for CUSMA duty-free entry. Import duties are not anticipated, but any fees assessed by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Shipped with Canada Post using the service you select at checkout.

  • Rates are calculated automatically and include full tracking.

 

 

 

 

Processing vs. Shipping Speed

 

Selecting Express/Expedited service at checkout does not shorten production time for made-to-order pieces; it only speeds up the transit once your jewelry is ready to ship.

 

 

 

Customs & Import Fees 

 

For destinations other than Canada , local duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are legally required to declare the full purchase value on customs documents and cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue them.
