Life Cast coiled Snake earrings. Cast from a real grass snake that was found dead and given to me; now forever immortalized in sterling silver.
I've collected bones and other natural treasures for as long as I can remember, they're mostly gifts, finds or byproducts of regulated and sustainable trapping. I do not promote animal cruelty, I don't see them as trophies, but mostly as a beautiful way to promote exploration and education of the natural world. I love to think of my creations as modern Memento Mori pieces and taxidermy jewelry.

- the snake is about 4mm wide
- C coil- Suspender Earring: 24mm long,(*14mm dangling head optional) space for ear lobe is about 19mm
- Ear cuff: about 16mm diameter (no post)
- Tail: about 45mm long (fixed behind the ear, on the post)
Production time is 4-5 weeks before shipping.

With time and wear, your piece will get more light and shiny. Oxidized silver changes over time and patina is not permanent. I can guarantee your jewelry will stay beautiful and unique nonetheless. The way it changes over time gives a soul to your jewelry.
Never dip oxidized jewelry in silver cleaning solution. You can always brush your tarnished pieces with a scrubbing pad or jewelry cloth.
